Returns & Exchanges

At Knix, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your new favorites, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain intimate apparel must be in its original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the nearest Canada Post location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
